The formula Energy Cycle + provides MTHF "Folate" to stimulate the methylation cycle.
Methylation corresponds to the addition of a methyl group (CH3) to a molecule (protein, DNA…). This chemical reaction is involved in many essential cellular processes, including production of energy but also detoxification, regulation of gene expression, regeneration of cells.
