Shipping & Returns
We use national postal services for deliveries as well as courier companies. Where we use a courier company a signature will be required for proof of delivery. Shipping charges added to your order are calculated according to the shipping address.
Delivery times will normally be between 2 to 7 working days depending on your country.
If a product does not reach you in the condition you had expected it, please contact us by email within 2 days of receipt at info@protea-nutraceuticals.nl, stating the problem you have encountered. We will issue a replacement product or a full refund for the item.
