Larch Arabinogalactan is an all-natural soluble fiber extracted from the bark of larch trees. Arabinogalactan is a complex polysaccharide consisting of galactose and arabinose. As a prebiotic fibre, it stimulates the growth of a healthy gut microflora and increases the production of short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) which are beneficial for intestinal function.
