Products and Pricing
Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Prices of our products are in Euro. For the customer’s convenience the website allows to view prices in other currencies than Euro, however the amount deducted from your debit/credit card will always be in Euro. Non-Euro prices indicated on the website are indicative only and may slightly differ from what will be charged on your card, since the final exchange rate that will be applied will be determined by your bank and not by Protea Nutraceuticals.

Ordering
Once you have entered your personal details including debit/credit card information, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your debit/credit card deducted accordingly. We will only issue a refund in case the product you receive is damaged or does not correspond to what you had ordered. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Delivery Products are delivered on the premise that they are for your own personal consumption, and not for re-sale. We will dispatch products as quickly as possible, and use the national postal service or a courier company for delivery. Courier companies require a signature for proof of delivery. Importing products from the Netherlands
If you order products on this website, and your delivery address is outside of the Netherlands, these products may be subject to import taxes/duties imposed by the relevant country of residence of the customer. Protea Nutraceuticals has no control over the imposition and rates of these taxes and cannot predict their amount, or pre-charge them. Therefore, these duties are your responsibility. It is advisable to contact your local customs office for further details.

In addition, you must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and laws of the destination delivery address, regarding the importation and use of these products. Protea Nutraceuticals is not liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
